面对廿一世纪，青少年最需要的是扎实信仰的根基及圣洁道德的操练。如何认识神?如何讨神喜悦?是我们每一位基督徒心底所渴望知道的。而时下我们的年轻人所接触的，多属于感官的刺激；即时之快感。并且在虚拟的现实下，不择手段以换来的不确实的自我肯定。人的理性需要严谨的操练，却被感官文化所掩盖了。真理圣洁何处寻?《简明要理问答》乃改编自1647年出版之《西敏寺小要理问答》。在十九世纪之欧美教会，《小要理问答》常被用作儿童信仰(学道)班之教材。其内容主要包括神、救赎计划、主祷文，十戒等重要教义。
