該搜索使用谷歌定製搜索技術，在網頁搜索時只搜索指定的網站，這些網站是經過挑選，網頁內容信仰比較純正，從而排除了一些異端、極端和偏差網站的信息（不能百分之百）。現在網上異端言論很多，如果直接google,baidu搜索，有不少搜索結果是有問題的，會給人造成困擾。
新手入門
神同在搜索是一種定製搜索，搜索時只搜索神同在網址中的網站，這些網站是經過挑選，網頁內容信仰比較純正，從而排除了一些異端、極端和偏差網站的信息（不能百分之百）。 使用方法，輸入關鍵詞，選擇要搜索的類別，按搜索即可。 例如： 訪問 http://godwithus.cc/ 或者 http://godwithus.cc/search/ 輸入 "道成 肉身" 選擇「主內網站」，然後按「神同在分類搜索」按鈕即可。
聖經搜索

原理：搜索關鍵詞列表或者模糊經文，使用谷歌定製搜索技術搜索我提供的頁面，然後到了該頁面就可以看到很多相關信息。
聚合搜索
本功能為可以引用模塊，使用了最新的Ajax技術和Google Ajax Search API。使用方法如下：
1 在源文件的頭<head></head>之間加入如下兩行：

分類搜索
根據神同在網址的分類，包括百科搜索，導航搜索，博客搜索，論壇搜索，新聞搜索，視頻搜索，詩歌搜索，書刊搜索，機構搜索，肢體搜索，教會搜索，異端搜索（警告：危險!)等
分類搜索與綜合搜索類似，只要把下面的cref參數的值，由http://godwithus.cc/sites.php改成相應類別的值即可，例如http://godwithus.cc/sites.php?cid=1
