答：罪在今生所帶來的懲罰有：
（1）內在的懲罰：如悟性的混昧（弗4:18），被棄的感覺（羅1:28），強烈的妄想（帖後2:11），心靈的剛硬（羅2:5），良心的懼怕（賽33:14；創4:13；太27:4），和情感的卑劣（羅1:26）。
（2）外在的懲罰：如上帝因我們犯罪的緣故咒詛世界（創3:17），有各樣的災難臨到我們的身體、名譽、財產、關係和職業（申28:15－18），還有死亡（羅6:21，23）。
